Help your favorite No. 1 engine find the clues and solve the mystery! Thomas the Tank Engine is pulling out of the station for Day Out With Thomas: Mystery On The Rails Tour 2012. Presented by HIT Entertainment and sponsored by MEGA Brands, Day Out with Thomas is a fun-filled and exciting way for children and adults to enter the world of Thomas & Friends.
Day Out With Thomas provides an opportunity for kids to go on a real train ride pulled by a 15-ton replica of Thomas and have their pictures taken with Sir Topham Hatt, the controller of Thomas’ railway. The tour provides a unique, interactive family experience at every station, offering a variety of entertaining activities that reflect the local flavor of each stop.
Different forms of entertainment – from petting zoos, miniature golf, and bounce houses to face-painting and magic shows – make each Day Out With Thomas event location special. In addition, every location has a Thomas & Friends Imagination Station where you can Build with Mega Bloks and participate in other Thomas-themed activities including stamps, temporary tattoos, hands-on arts and crafts, and a Thomas storytelling and video viewing area.

I would maybe enjoy this more then the kid’s , lol. This looks like so much fun
My neices would love this. It doesn’t come near where we live in Ca. It looks like your kids are having so much fun! I love trains which is why I live close to where the train goes by daily multiple times. I love to hear the trains whistle. Amtrak is also about 5 minutes from where I live. I like the real trains better. Thanks for sharing your fun family trip.
What a cool adventure. Always looking for new ideas for kid fun. Ty for sharing.
I went with my oldest son and can’t wait to go with my youngest. Great family place.
My son would love to do this, or even anything like this. It seems like you guys had a great time.
Oh my goodness! My son would go absolutely bananas for this! Makes me wish that we lived closer. Oh well. Perhaps we’ll have to plan a family vacation down that way
I love this!! I wish there was one in Oregon to visit. When I was little my grandpa too me to visit a real train and I ran the bell on the train. He visited with his friend. I still have great memories of visiting there. This is so neat!! What a wonderful realistic train and all the toys to match!! Thanks for sharing.
This is amazing I never knew this existed…I would love to do this! And the price is not bad considering the list of things you got for the money. Thank you I learned about a few great places just now!
I took my kids to day out with thomas and had photos taken. After a long day and two kids spending all of my money, I didn’t have the money to buy the photos that I wanted! I was told by someone else that’s there is a website where I could go and view and order the photos, but I can’t remember what it is. By any chance do you know the site to buy the photos with sir topham hatt and thomas?
