I agree that curb appeal is needed to sell your house. My yard has great curb appeal with green lawn, flowers planted, and updated siding. When we were looking for a house and this was many many years ago I would not go into a house to even look at the inside if the outside looked like crap. And if I was to sell my house now I would (and do) keep the yard up and the outside of the house.
With two parents who used to sell real estate for a living, I understand how important curb appeal is. And thanks to TV shows that have showcased things like this, many more people have come to understand how important it is too.

My husband is in the process of fixing up our yard. The first few years we lived here I was excited about having a nice yard.Now,not so much. He’s doing a much better job. He uses Trugreen products. They really do work well!
