Joovy: Noodle Helmet

Joovy Noodle Helmet

Disclosure: Joovy sent us a Noodle to review. Noodle! Use your Noodle! Noodle! Do the Noodle dance! Please tell me I'm not the only one who remembers this song? Noodle (also known as head) care in our house is very important. I feel it is my job to ensure that each and every time my kids are participating in adventurous activities, such as riding their bikes or scooters, their heads are properly protected. Carlee is our clumsiest little one but she also has a very small head, so finding a helmet for her was proving to be a difficult task- till we tried the Joovy Noodle! The Noodle helmet was made for kids 1-4 with a head size between 18.5 - 20.5 inches so is perfect for younger  kids or older children that struggle with finding a small enough helmet. I was able to get a perfect fit on Carlee by using the easy to use, … [Read more...]

Disclosure: Hauck sent us a Freerider. Do you need a single stroller? Do you need a double stroller? Do you need a jogging stroller? Let me introduce you to one stroller, that is all the above- the hauck Freerider! The Freerider is a multifunctional single or double stroller that makes toting around young kiddos a breeze! I have found in the past that, for me, joggers are always the hardest strollers to maneuver- which is silly because they are built to be in motion! I had no issues at all strolling around with the Freerider. The three large wheels make maneuvering in stores, on gravel and even through grass super easy. The front wheel can rotate 360 degrees or be fixed straight for jogging. The handle is easily adjustable. Both myself (5'3" ) and my husband (6'0") were able to comfortably push the Freerider as a single … [Read more...]

Western Chief Kids: Thomas the Tank Engine Rain Gear (05/28)

P1080094

Kids hate rainy days! They love to be outside enjoying the sun and rain really puts a damper on that! Unless they have Western Chief Kids rain gear! The Thomas the Tank Engine Rain Boot and Raincoat make splashing in puddles and catching rain drops more fun than ever because kids get to dress up in Thomas gear! The Raincoat is super easy for my six year old to get on and off. The snap closures allow even him to button himself up! It is jersey lined for warmth and features two fully functional pockets to store fun stuff in! The jacket does run big,  like most rain coats. Derrick is a size 5 and we got a 5/6.
