Oreo Truffles

Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 60 minutes Total Time: 80 minutes Ingredients- 1 pkg. Oreos 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 16 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate Instructions- Separate Oreos and scrape filling into a separate bowl. Finely crush cookies. Mix the cookie crumbs with the softened cream cheese. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Dip Oreo balls in chocolate and then set on wax paper. I found a recipe this weekend that I knew I just had to try. Maybe it's because it's getting cold out side and thinking about a campfire warms me right up. But I have been thinking about s'mores the past week and this weekend went searching for a way to make the gooey marshmallow treat at home!. Rainbow Cake In A Jar Prep Time: 35  minutes Cook Time: 45 minutes Total Time: 80 minutes 10 Jars of  cake Ingredients 2 Boxes of white cake mix 10 Canning Jars with pop lids food coloring Instructions- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare 2 boxes of white cake mix according to directions. Seperate cake mix into 6-8 bowls. Mix food coloring into each to make different colors. Spray jars with cooking spray. Rainbow Cupcakes

The boys all took a nap today so my daughter and I and I decided to make rainbow Cupcakes! (only I would decide to bake on the first day this year the weather is 80+, my AC is on now!) I made a box of white cake, while Carlee lined the cupcake tin with liners. Then I divided the batter into 5 bowls, and Carlee and I mixed the colors together using neon food coloring.
