With six kids in the house we have a lot of birthday parties to plan and cook for! I try to make something new and different for each child’s party to make them feel special. Last time I did rainbow fruit so this time I wanted to do something sweet.I love cookie dough but it really is not good to eat uncooked because of the eggs! I kept seeing recipes on Pinterest for a cookie dough ball that had no eggs in it- it’s kind of like a cheese ball you see at parties, but instead of cheese cookie dough! I tried this recipe and then this one, but one was way to cream cheese tasting, and the other was watery and neither of them looked like the images- so I altered it to make it my own!
Ingredients:
-8 oz cream cheese, softened.
-1/2 cup butter, softened.
-1 cup powdered sugar.
-2 tbsp brown sugar.
-1/2 tsp vanilla.
-1 cup mini chocolate chips (x2)
-Animal crackers.
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add sugars and vanilla, continue to mix until combined.
2. Fold in chocolate chips.
3. Cover and refrigerate for two hours, or till not sticky anymore.
4. Take your Cookie Ball out and shape into a ball.
5. Refrigerate for another hour.
5. Just before serving roll your Cookie Ball into chocolate chips.
6. Serve on a plate with animal crackers
It was delish! It was very, very sweet! So if you do not like sweets, stick to your cheese ball!

Glad you like it- now you have to make it, because then you will love it! 🙂
Half this ball is still in my fridge, it is impossible to go into the kitchen, open the fridge and not stick my finger in it! lol
