Healthy Breakfast Casserole

Disclosure: This post brought to you by Milton’s Craft Bakers.

With school now officially in session one of the hardest things for me has been what to do for breakfast. I get the kids up. I get them dressed. Then I run around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to decide what to feed them for breakfast. I feel like so far this year way too many mornings have consisted of bagels, pop tarts and cereal. Sound familiar to you? If so this gluten free breakfast casserole, made using Milton’s Craft Crackers may be right up your alley!healthy-breakfast-casserole
