Our Generation: Saddle-Up Stable

Disclosure: The stable featured below was provided compliments of Our Generation.

I have recently begun really trying to encourage Carlee to use her imagination. I felt like the only things she was interested in involved some sort of screen and I wanted her to have the memories of make believe that my childhood was filled with. One way I have seen her imagination burst to life is with her new found love of dolls.

Carlee almost always has a doll with her and whenever she has a friend come over, I find them playing dolls together. Some days their dolls are princesses, some days they are teachers. Most recently they have been champion horse riders!! Carlee asked me a few weeks ago for a stable for her dolls horse and foal to sleep in. I helped her make a makeshift one with a big cardboard box, she played with it for hours but because it was a box it only lasted a few days. I did a bit of research online and found the perfect solution- the Our Generation Saddle-Up Stable.

IMG_0070The Saddle-Up Stable was much more than Carlee or I imagined it would be, and a ginormous step up from my cardboard box barn. It can be used for sleeping, eating, resting or transformed into an corral for playing by simply snapping the two fence pieces to the barn doors!

IMG_0069The inside of the stable can be split into three stalls that are perfect sizes for foals.

IMG_0072Or the stall doors can be removed and a large horse can fit in.

IMG_0078The Stable also comes with quite a few accessories that makes playing with it even more fun. It includes a grooming tote, a rope teether, bottles, a curry brush, a riding stick, a feed bucket with seeds, a scoop, a carrot, an apple, a grooming mitten, a sponge, a saddle, a hay bag, a saddle bag and a set of reins. All of which can be stored on the back stable hooks!

IMG_0071There are three doors on the barn, the two front ones and then a side door. They all open and then lock into place when you close them.

IMG_0088If your looking for an affordable, quality home for your 18 inch dolls horse, I highly suggest you check out the One Generation Saddle-Up Stable. I can almost guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

My niece is obsessed with horses. I forget what they are called but she collects them and even goes to a convention for them. She would flip over this.

My granddaughter has received several Breyer horses as gifts. She too has been using a cardboard box that her Daddy converted into a stable. The One Generation Saddle-Up Stable looks perfect for her. I love that it comes with all the accessories.
