Three Ingredient Ghirardelli Peppermint Bark

sample-5Peppermint bark is one of my favorite winter treats. But buying premade bark is super expensive! Williams & Sonoma sells it for $40 for a tiny tin box. This year, I decided to make my own. Not only was it easy, it tasted better AND only cost me $7 for a hugggge batch!

To make your own, you will need a package of Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips, Ghirardelli white chocolage chips and either crushed candy canes or crushed peppermint candies.bark-ingredientsLiterally all you have to do is melt the milk chocolate chips and spread them on a cookie sheet. I used parchment paper for easier clean up.bark-in-process-2Stick it in the fridge, while you wait for it to harden, beat the crap out of your candy canes!bark-in-process-1After your candy canes are crushed Рmelt the white chocolate chips.
