Ghirardelli Peppermint Bark

Ingredients
  • 12 ounce package milk chocolate
  • 11 ounce package white chocolate
  • 4 peppermint candy canes, crushed
Instructions
  1. Line a 9 x 13 cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Microwave milk chocolates in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir well. Microwave again for 30 seconds at a time until chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Pour milk chocolate on parchment paper, spread evenly.
  4. Place in refrigerator until hardened.
  5. Microwave white chocolates in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir well. Microwave again for 30 seconds at a time until chocolate is completely melted.
  6. Pour white chocolate on top of milk chocolate, spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle crushed candy canes over the white chocolate.
  8. Place back in refrigerator until hardened.
  9. Once bars is completely hardened, break apart!
