Sky Zone Trampoline Park – Lancaster, PA

Disclosure: My family was provided complimentary admission to Sky Zone.

Kids bouncing off the walls today?  Screen time at an all time high?  Why not take a break for a fun activity the entire family will enjoy and head to Sky Zone. Sky Zone is an indoor trampoline park that combines fitness with fun.IMG_5378-EditUpon entering you go to a computer station to sign your waivers then make your way to the front desk area to grab your “skysocks”.  Everyone bouncing must wear a pair, they are included in the admission price and yours to keep! They will also give you an id tag.  It gives your name, the amount of time you paid to bounce and what group you are in. Groups are divided into 4 areas depending on your age/size. Group A is for the little tykes, group D is for teens and adults.

After you grab your skysocks you get a brief safety lesson from one of the team members at their safety zone. Skyzone is divided into a couple different jumping sections.  Dodgeball, sky slam, foam zone and the open jump area. All the kids loved the foam zone area.  There were four trampolines set up in front of a large foam pit with 10,000 foam squares to dive, flip or flop into.IMG_5159-EditTrying to climb out of the pit was a bit challenging but doable. IMG_5352-EditMy girls spend the majority of their time in the open jump area. They loved being able to do whatever they wanted and spent their time practicing their front flips, back flips, cheer jumps and cartwheels.IMG_5207-EditI enjoyed this are the most as well, thats right this momma hopped in and jumped right along side her girls! Made me reminisce about my teen days when I spent hours on the trampoline in our front yard, attempting to prefect my cheer jumps and front flips.  The girls loved momma jumping with them too. The staff does an excellent job keeping the smaller kids on one side, and the larger on the other.  IMG_5330-EditThe boys enjoyed the sky slam area.  Jump your way to the basketball net and try to dunk the skyball if you can.  There are three different heights of the net to test your skills on.IMG_5363-EditThe dodgeball area was where the boys mostly spent their time.  Again, games were divided into two groups for safety.  A/B game and C/D game. Games last between 4-5 minutes or until the last man is standing, whichever comes first.  They enjoyed trying to pelt each other with a ball.IMG_5263-EditThere are team members throughout the entire place making sure everyone is safe and rules are followed.  Need something or have a question, they are there to help!!

We bounced for about an hour before our bellies started to growl and we needed a drink.IMG_5384-EditThe pizza at Sky Zone is super scrumptious and sure to satisfy you.  But, beware one piece will not be enough! All that yummy cheesy goodness the kids will surely be asking for seconds!  The snack bar has an extensive menu of food, drink or snacks that you can munch on in their lobby.IMG_5391-EditSky Zone offers a bunch of different specials during the month.  Toddler time, family night, dodgeball derby, skyjam for older teens and skyfit for adults are some of what my local Sky Zone offers.  They also offer a sensory friendly event on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month which offers a less crowded environment and sound reduction.  Sky Zone also offers affordable birthday party packages! IMG_5380-EditEveryone had a blast at Sky Zone and we plan on returning again!

Bouncing is $16 per person for 60 minutes. More information can be found by visiting!
