None of my kids, teenager included know how to ride a bike. I really wanted to get them all bikes this summer, but 6 kids who don't know how to ride a bike, plus one parent trying to teach them all at the same time did not seem like a very great idea! I did quite a bit of research and decided we would get the younger kids balance bikes this year. Carlee was by far the easiest child to potty train thus far. I've always heard that girls are the easiest to potty train so maybe that is why! The hardest part of potty training her was getting her to wake up with a dry bed! We tried no water before bed, waking her up in the middle of the night and even special night time diapers. However the first few ideas were hard for us to remember and putting her in night time diapers kind of defeated the purpose of her being a 'big girl'.
