The Carseat Canopy

If you have a car seat that is a bit blah and you want to spice it up or have a blue carseat and are expecting a pink baby then I have the perfect solution for you! When I found out that we were expecting our second beautiful girl I knew I would be able to save a bit of money by simply reusing my first daughters infant carseat. Problem was- the army moved us last time and they lost a ton of our stuff, including the canopy that went over the carseat. A replacement canopy was almost as expensive as a new carseat so I figured I would just do with out- till I found out about carseat canopy!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Carseat Canopy the second I opened my box. It soft, light and warm all at the same time! Installing it on my seat was a breeze, just use the velcro straps to hook it onto the carrying handle. Speaking of velcro straps, they even have adorable buttons on them to give the entire canopy a  more polished look.

We live in Oklahoma so I had to make sure that whatever I put on the carseat was ok for all of our wacky weather. The Carseat Canopy is made for “year-round” use – the fabric is not too heavy for summer and not too thin for winter. Each canopy style features bold, fresh, cutting-edge prints on 100% cotton fabric on the outside with soft, snuggly, lovable 100% polyester minky interior.

Please Note: Carseat Canopy does offer a “Whole Caboodle” package that comes with pieces that replace the inside of your carseat, but the interior pieces are not crash tested. So while it does look adorable- you must remember it voids you car seat warranty and could interfere with the proper way the car seat is supposed to work.
