Disclosure: This post brought to you by La Millou. I've learned over the years that one product I can not be with out with a new baby is a good nursing pillow. There are about a billion different brands and options out there so sometimes finding the perfect one can be hard. For me, the perfect pillow can be used for more than just nursing. It can be used for sleeping, playing, lounging and the occasional laptop prop. Grandma Dana’s Hen Pillow by La Millou fills all those needs, and more. The Hen is the first multifunctional pillow that I have owned that isn't an eye sore, and I've nursed four children. … [Read more...]

Greenbuds Primrose Deluxe 2-in-1 Crib Mattress
Disclosure: The Primrose Deluxe 2-in-1 Crib Mattress featured below was sent compliments of Greenbuds. I have worked very hard to remove chemicals from our home in the last few years. I've done things like replace lotion with coconut oil, use vinegar and water for cleaning, use plain vinegar instead of fabric softener/dryer sheets, and eliminate the use of candles, room sprays, and other fake scents. I haven't been able to cut everything out but we are making great strides and I believe our home is healthier for it. Now that I am pregnant with #4, I knew I need a chemical free crib mattress. I … [Read more...]

Feed The Tarpon at Robbie’s – Islamorada, FL
Disclosure: Our admission was provided by of Robbie's Marina. In 1976, when Robbie saw a struggling tarpon in the shallow water near his docks, he went out into the water to free it, thinking it had swum too shallow and gotten stuck on the bank. Angelcare Near and Dear Baby Bather
Disclosure: The Near and Dear Baby Bather featured below was sent compliments of Angelcare. A few years ago, I had two back surgeries in two years. While I am so thankful to be able to get on with my life, anyone who has had spinal surgery knows that the pain is never gone 100%- especially while bending over or lifting something. This pregnancy, one thing thing that worried me was bathing the baby. It's just not possible for me to get up and down from the bathroom floor, especially with a squirmy baby in my arms. While using the kitchen sink or waiting for Dad to bathe her is a great plan, we all know … [Read more...]
Goji Play: Work Outs Now Seem Shorter & More Fun
Disclosure: This post is sponsored by Blue Goji but the opinions are completely my own #GetUpAndGojiPlay. Trying to get my family to stay active has proven to be quite hard over the years and now that we are fulltime RV'ers with out the ability to belong to a gym it feels impossible. The couch is comfortable, there are tons of shows on Netflix that suck you in and let's face it- working out can be boring. In the past I've turned to bringing my trusty iPad with me and watching a television show, but I've noticed my heart rate doesn't reach my target numbers if I do this. This year I'm trying something … [Read more...]
